Kevin Taylor's aim is to encourage where feasible the uptake of renewable energies within the County of Tyrone and also to promote the agenda to the border counties in the Irish Republic. He also promotes the use of renewable fuel alternatives.

He has a wide range of publications on most energy matters and uses these to prompt his business community, voluntary organisations, councils and members of the public in the right direction on many renewable energy and energy saving measures.
