General Info

The Laboratory on Energy Saving and Process Control at the Technical University of Sofia was created in 1990. The laboratory treats the problems of energy saving process control and educates students and post-graduates in Energy Efficiency & Ecology, Low-cost Automation, Energy-saving Process Control and System Optimisation. The laboratory developed and carried out the project for the first bioethanol plant in Bulgaria.

Areas of expertise: energy audits, energy efficiency, energy management, education, training and bioethanol.
