General Info

Passiefhuis-Platform (PHP) is a non-profit organization founded by leading actors and institutions from the building industry. They are commited to energy saving and sustainable technological development. PHP is an independent organization that is neutral and not bound to suppliers or other groups.

PHP aims to stimulate the production of buildings with a very low energy requirement based on the passive house concept. PHP wants concerned companies to start to cooperate together and support the development of passive house technologies. In addition, PHP provides as much information as possible to all interested parties.

The activities of Passiefhuis-Platform vzw include:

  • Demonstrating, facilitating and analyzing construction and building technology projects with a factor 4 reduction in energy use.
  • 100 %/year regional market growth for passive houses
  • Market introduction and 100 % market growth of passive building technology
