General Info

The mandate of the European Renewable Energies Federation (EREF) is to represent the interests of national associations of SME producers of electricity and biofuels from all RES sources to ensure or aim at a level playing field in the energy market in respect of RES-SME involvement.

Areas of expertise: dissemination of information, advice on specific energy and related political issues, promotion of RES, manifestation of economic viabiltiy of SME in RES and importance for employment factor, exchange of information and practice, sustainable and viable financing solutions for RES and stable legal framework.


Target audience: Other SME organisations, political institutions, citizens networks, energy efficiency and RES promotion agencies, European and National political institutions, general public, students, industry.
