General Info

The Energy Saving Trust Advice Centre Anglia opened its doors on 1 April 2005 to provide a one-stop shop for consumers on sustainable energy, covering both the home and transport. The Centre will provide advice to consumers across Cambridgeshire, Norfolk and Suffolk.

Peterborough Environment City Trust was chosen to operate one of just three Energy Saving Trust pilot sustainable energy advice centres in the United Kingdom. The other centres are in Northern Ireland and the North East.

Vision

The Anglia Centre will make:

  • the territory an exemplar for a prosperous diverse low carbon economy
  • sustainable energy the natural choice for all individuals and organisations in the territory.

Mission

The Anglia Advice Centre aims to be acknowledged as the UK's leading provider of sustainable energy information, advice, activities and technologies. It seeks to transform the market in the region so that sustainable energy is the natural choice for all individuals and organisations.
