General Info

The DEAR Trust aims to start to create awareness on renewable sources of energy, mainly alternate fuels such as biodiesel, ethanol and other alternatives. The DEAR trust is developing projects related to biodiesel production, and for that first phase it plans to cultivate jatropha seedlings in South Tamilnadu. The Trust has a nursery garden specifically for jatropha seedlings.

The Trust targets the rural community and aims to improve the economy of the people through use of alternate crops and utilisation of waste land in Tamilnadu.
