General Info

NICERT is active in European R&D in the areas of technical, economic and environmental assessment of power generation systems, and in the evaluation of refrigerant-lubricant interactions and compressor performance for the refrigeration, air-conditioning and heat pump industries.

Research with Northern Ireland industry is also conducted in the field of refrigeration and in the use of biomass and appropriate wastes for energy conversion.
