Skåne Energy Agency is a unit within the Association of Local Authorities in Skåne with the purpose to work for rational use of energy and the increased use of renewable energy in the region of Skåne (Scania).

The agency initiates, co-ordinates and participates in projects, creates networks and organises training courses and seminars.

The main actions carried out by Skåne Energy Agency are focused on:

  • energy saving in the industrial, commerical and private sectors
  • biogas, solar energy and pellet within the field of renewable energy sources
  • clean vehicles
  • energy planning

Areas of Expertise: changing citizens' behaviour, dissemination of information, advice on specific energy issues, energy auditing, energy efficiency in buildings, solar energy, biogas, energy planning, pellet, gas vehicles.
