ELMA Ltd. through its activities offers project deployment, consulting, and comprehensive manufacturing service for BMS and intelligent building system. Our Multi Building Management Software platform BrightCore in essence a distributed software system with primary goal to successfully mediate between control networks and the desired points, used in Multi Building projects.
The main interest is sustainable energy efficiency solutions, integration of distributed building management systems as well vertical market application like energy billing and measurement, facility operation statistic and quantification.
Our service could start from conducting a detailed energy system analyze in different sectors such as industries, commercial and residential buildings including site visiting, data gathering, measuring energy flow and analysis of energy consumption situation ,assessment of renewable energy sources implementation such as geothermal energy, solar hot water system and photovoltaic system, as well as giving and providing ICT for energy efficiency and BMS solution for better and more efficient management of building infrastructure based on our Smart City Framework concept compliant to valid EN norms.
