The Energy Institute Hrvoje Pozar is the central scientific and professional institution in Croatia for global planning in the energy system and its subsystems, renewable energy systems and energy efficiency.

The activities of Energy Institute Hrvoje Pozar include:

  • preparation of renewable energy legislation for Croatian government
  • implementation of research and demonstration projects
  • conducting market studies, energy audits and related public opinion surveys
  • participation in international R&D projects as well as in community actions in Croatia and abroad
