Meulen Energy Consulting provides consulting services to the process industry by offering review of plant designs in order to enhance energy efficiency and thereby increase profits and improve the environment. We also provide investment decision basis thorugh a combined technical and economic evaluation of proposals for investment in upstream and 2.generation bioethanol production units.

Areas of expertise:

  • Engineering design of upstream and 2.generation bioethanol processes,
  • intelligent proposals for enhancing the process design to improve the energy efficiency and the emission of carbon dioxide,
  • calculation of the economic benefits by introduction of the process design enhancements,
  • calculation of energy consumption / carbon dioxide emission improvements by plant modifications.
