An energy agency is in the process of being established in County of Mejimurje, with the support of the Intelligent Energy - Europe programme.mandate: € to prepare energy planning an monitoring tools (support to decision making bodies) € to build and continuously strengthen capacity of local staff employed in the Agency with the aim to provide quality services to public and private sector € to raise awareness about RES and RUE in the region through seminars, conferences, public discussions, presentations of good practices, preparation of promotion materials and a website € to create a strong partnership networks on regional level and to contribute to work of European energy networks.
