Achieving this goal requires cultural change as well as industrial and civil design review. Their mission is to achieve those results while saving money.

Areas of expertise: Dissemination of information regarding newest technologies; Promotion of technology, technology transfer and syncronization; Energy efficiency in building and in industrial process; Solar energy, energy from biomass, biofuels technology development.
