Runde Environmental Centre aims to facilitate the improvement and implementation of ocean energy technologies. Providing test facilities, experise and logistics. Disseminating facts and information on OE and renewables to the public and to various sectors of industry, through networking and on-site displays. Operating a Regional competence centre for ocean energies, funded by public and industry.

Areas of expertise: Facts and information dissemintation on ocean energies through a state-of-the art near-passive house faclity, attracting many visitors itself as well as a test centre for wave energy devices


Target audience: Maritime Industry, Energy companies and SMEs working on wave energy developments.
