General Info

UBBSLA aims to:

  • Assist and promote cooperation with European partners in the field of energy technology research and development, and in the implementation of new technologies
  • Facilitate the implementation in the Bulgarian Black Sea Region of new European energy technologies
  • Support the establishment of joint-ventures and transfer of technology and know-how
UBBSLA is involved in:
  • Creation of a data base for common use
  • Collecting information about domestic and foreign loans and grants for investments to reduce energy consumption and improve the environment
  • Assistance to UBBSLAs member-municipalities in preparation of documents for bank loans and grant applications
  • Organization of training courses, especially with participation of foreign experts
