General Info

Strathclyde & Central Energy Efficiency Advice Centres (EEACs) consist of Strathclyde & Central East EEAC and Strathclyde & Central West EEAC.

Strathclyde & Central Energy Efficiency Advice Centres form part of a network of EEACs throughout the UK. They provide free and impartial practical energy information to all householders throughout West Central Scotland. The service is funded by a combination of local and national government and as such they have no commercial interests to satisfy.


The EEACs can provide mobile exhibitions and presentations on energy saving to interested groups and organisations as well as telephone advice to householders. They are happy to provide a quote to provide energy education lessons for schools based on the 5-14 guidelines in their areas.
