General Info

Vergnet mid power wind turbines (5 to 300kW) have been developed and followed up for over 25 years, and represent several hundreds of machines operated across the world. The Vergnet wind turbines (GEV range) are specifically designed to provide electricity in remote and difficult sites. Vergnet claim that they are easy to install, foldable to allow hurricanes to pass, simple to operate and maintain and that they can be found in the most demanding climates (all weather, all wind).

Vergnet ensures the complete project study, manufacturing, implementation, staff training, and if necessary operation and maintenance of various types of systems:

  • wind farms coupled on diesel grids, up to 5MW (Windiesel)
  • stand-alone wind generators with battery storage and diesel backup, up to 100kW (Reseol)
  • pumping wind stations (Waterwind)
  • wind turbines coupled on the main grid (Proxwind)
