NEPIC represents over 500 companies engaged in the nergy intensive process sector in the North East region of the UK.  The region is at the forefront of cluster development in the EU and its CEO was runner up in European Cluster Manager of the Year 2010.   Nepic is working with companies whose projects are worth over £6bn in the energy arena and is seeking to develop new  approaches to improving performance of the process sector.
