Among others the Deloitte Headquarter and Corporate Architecture in Duesseldorf, a Green Building Daylight architecture voted “Best Office” and “Office of the Year” in 2004, the year after construction. Another very innovative "one of a kind" project reference is the DHB Green Building Bank, constructed with long pre-stressed fiber concrete elements including all HVAC and sprinkler inside the elements already when arriving to the build on site. Last but not least to mention is our CO2-neutral (carbon neutral) “REWE Green Building – the future concept” in Berlin. This was the world wide first retail project to receive Gold by the DGNB (German Sustainable Building Council). It has been awarded “Store of the Year 2010”, “ClimateProtectionPartner 2010” in Berlin, nominated for the “Sustainability Award 2010” by the EU and was during the EXPO REAL 2010 voted the winner of the B.A.U.M competition “Environmental friendly Commercial Buildings 2010”, funded by the German Federal Environment Agency and the Federal Ministry for Environment, Nature Conservation and Nuclear Safety. This project has a CO2-emission saving of 435 tons due to construction of wood and the use of wood based materials. A perfect demo and pilot project here in the United Nations (UN) “International Year of Forests 2011” and now, just before the COP 17 (The 17th Conference of the Parties of the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change) in Durban, South Africa 2011.
