General Info

ValBiom was formed on 7th January 2002 by the merger of Valonal and BelBiom.


ValBiom activities deal with all non-food chains, in both the energy and the renewable raw material sectors.


ValBiom participates in project supported by the Walloon Region Government, as well as European projects.


Information on studies and other activities previously carried out by Valonal and Belbiom is still available from the ValBiom secretariat.
