The Agency for Renewable Resources, FNR - Fachagentur Nachwachsend Rohstoffe is an agency of the German Federal Ministry of Food, Agriculture and Consumer Protection. The Agency's main responsibility is to support research and development in the area of renewable resources, but it also informs the public about current research results, gives advice on a range of applications of renewable resources and organises and take part in scientific events.
