The institutional aim of the Regional Energy Agency of Liguria is to provide technical support to the Region and to Local Administrations for Energy Planning and for the development of activities connected with the energy sector.

Objectives:

• To promote the rational use of energy and energy savings;
• To promote and support the development of renewable sources of energy;
• To support regional and local authorities to develop and use best practice in energy efficiency;
• To promote and to work out technological innovation projects also through the Third Party Financing;
• To promote the international cooperation through the participation to EC projects in the energy and environment fields;
• Dissemination of new energy technologies.
• Training on energy issues.

Target audience: Local Administrations, citizens, schools.
