Intertermo Concept Ltd aims to:
- promote biofuels in Romania and ensure that their production and use is positive for the
environment,
- prepare for the large-scale use of biofuels by informing stakeholders on optimised
cultivation of dedicated feedstocks and support them for market penetration.
- explore the opportunities for Romania for the production of biofuel feedstocks and biofuels,
and to set out the role of the stakeholders in supporting the development of sustainable biofuel
production,
- promote public procurement of clean and efficient vehicles, including those using high
blends of biofuels,
- study how biofuel use can reduce the CO2 emission for car fleets, and advise on measures
to ensure most favorable greenhouse gas benefits from biofuels,
- assist the development of national biofuel platforms and biofuel action plans with the aim of
environmental and economical sustainability.
