ADENE (formerly CCE - Centro para a Conservaçao de Energia) aims to:

promote and develop activities of public interest in the fields of energy and its interfaces with relevant non-energy sectors and policies;
contribute to increase energy efficiency in all sectors, to foster market penetration of RES and to participate in the national effort of GHG reduction;
carry out projects/actions aimed to achieve goals defined by the Portuguese Government for the energy sector, together with the public authorities, utilities and SAVE Agencies.
