Climate Energy Ltd delivers a range of services to engage householders, businesses and communities in environmental and social improvement. It has provided successful project delivery in sustainable energy, fuel poverty, and other environmental areas since 2000. Climate Energy Ltd believes that its success is based on a partnership approach, and it works across the UK with local, regional and national government bodies as well as with charitable groups and commercial organisations.
Climate Energy Ltd is set up to stimulate the development of sustainable energy through local and regional action for energy efficiency and the use of renewable energy sources. It is an independent company.
The agency offers support to local authorities in achievement of their objectives under the Home Energy Conservation Act and strategic issues relating to sustainable energy (such as planning for renewable energy), as well as developing a range of initiatives with other local, regional and national bodies. Climate Energy Ltd also provides advice services, and training direct to community groups and the public on Sustainable Environmental issues, Transport, Renewables, Energy efficiency, and Buildings.
