The activities of CREM include:

• Development of tools and promotion of urban networks systemic management through implementation of NTICs, GIS, SCADA : promotion of Urbistics.
• Management of a network of competencies in energy, water, sewage, municipal economics, etc.
• Advising municipalities and socio-economical regions.
• Teaching in urban network management.

Areas of expertise: Implemetation of a real dialogue between consumer and distributor of energies, development of prototype for real-time monitoring of systems in the urban area, teaching in urban network management, advising utility distributors.

Target audience: Cities, governments, private organisations in utility management, energy distributors.
