The Dutch Office for Renewable Energy (PDE) was formed to promote public familiarity with RES, as well as the production and the use of RES in the Netherlands. PDE performs this role by signalling bottlenecks and finding solutions at different administrative levels. The foremost belief of PDE is that intensive cooperation between authorities and market parties is critical for succesful implementation of RES.
