Bioenergy operates a Non Government Organization which has an environmental direction and an owned enterprise with technical direction as engineering, inventing, manufacturing.

The aims of Bioenergy are:

• To promote renewable energy through Georgia and Caucasus.
• To develop renewable energy sources in rural, agricultural and mountain areas.
• Creation and research activity of biogas technology on local and international level.
