Mr. Raguzin is in charge of coordinating national energy programs, as well as for interactions between environment protection and energy sector; energy sector reform to develop the legislative/secondary legislation framework (restructuring, deregulation, privatization, liberalization and market strengthening); developing economical instruments in the field of renewable energy sources and so on. Coordinates, and cooperates in, numerous national and international programs of utilization of renewable energy sources, energy efficiency programs and programs of environment protection, such as: a bilateral project PSO - Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy; ESCO concepts, the SECI initiative, Stability Pact, UN/ECE Mediterranean initiative; GEF/UNDP project
