Murowana Goslina is a municipality at a distance of 20 km north from Poznan city limits in the Wielkopolska Voyvodship. It covers an area of 172 km² and has a population of 15 162.

The municipality has a substantial percentage of forested land (approximately 45%), which value as a natural resource is considerable; e.g. Puszcza Zielonka and forests along the Warta River. It is a very picturesque and unpolluted natural environment, with clean lakes and a population with a positive attitude towards changes and challenges.
