CIT Energy Management AB offers outstanding expertise in the areas of energy efficieny and indoor environment on premises of every type, from residential buildings to the most advanced laboratories. Together with our clients, we identify long-term energy-efficient solutions and ensure the required indoor environment. Our services are used both during the planning process of new buildings and when analysing or retrofitting existing buildings. We also support authorities and other clients with expert knowledge in various investigation and analyses.
Areas of expertise: Audits of the energy status and identification of measures for cost-efficient energy savings in buildings. Audits and commissioning of HVAC systems, particularly laboratories and clean rooms. Support in the planning process of new building and conversions. Guidance in planning and design of safety ventilation systems. Testing by measuring the function of safety ventilation systems and equipment. Services to authorities, councils and utilities. Assistance to companies in integration of the effective management of energy and indoor environment. Training courses for facility management and operational personnel.
Target audience: Many of the clients of CIT Energy Management AB are involved in the building process - builders, architects, design engineers, contractors - or in the management phase of buildings - property owners, facility managers, users of premises.
