LEPTAB is the Laboratory for Transport Phenomena Applied to Buildings. The research focus is the energy demand management in buildings. LEPTAB studies how the "building adaptiveness" to users and climate can be enhanced through natural / hybrid ventilation, facades, building energy management systems by using solar gains and shading, thermal mass and variable transmittance.
