The Hungarian Science and Technology Foundation works in the dissemination of information on RTD related renewable energy issues, providing assistance to Hungarian SMEs, other institutes and their researchers to participate in renewable energy related projects within the EU Framework Programmes.

The Foundation's main activity areas are to:

• participate in the EU R&D programmes in the field of project management, awareness/training activities and proposal advisory service.
• support scientific and R&D activities by distributing funding to a variety of national and international cooperative research efforts.
• develop the international relations of the Hungarian R&D community.
• assist Hungarian institutes and their researchers participate in European Union S&T programs.

Target audience: Researchers, research organizations, small and medium sized enterprises.
