The objectives of Regional Energy Consultancy Centre - Rousse Ltd are: Project design activities in conformity with directives of the EC and Bulgarian obligations in the process of EU integration. Working out of projects in the area of sustainable energy supply, rational use of energy and use of renewable energy sources; working out of strategies, plans, programme and projects in the areas of sustainable development, energy efficiency and environmental protection; implementation of monitoring in the areas of sustainable development, energy efficiency and environmental protection; partnership with NGO at local, national and European levels in projects under national and european programme.
Town-planning design, investments design; drawing up cadastral maps and plans; geological investigation; creating of geographical information systems; drawing up projects in the area of tourism; integration of the national and regional legislation; strategies and programs in the area of designing.
Areas of expertise: advice on specific energy issues, promotion of technology, CHP, dissemination of information, JI projects.
