Aberdeen & North East Energy Efficiency Advice Centre was formed to be a 'one stop shop' for free impartial advice and information for any householder wanting to save energy. It covers the following local authority areas - Aberdeen City, Aberdeenshire and Moray - and is one of two EEACs run by SCARF (Save Cash and Reduce Fuel).

Areas of expertise include:

SCARF (Save Cash and Reduce Fuel) is a registered charity and company limited by guarantee and was established in 1985 to alleviate fuel poverty, promote energy efficiency and create sustainable employment.

SCARF is meeting its aims by providing comprehensive energy advice to householders, working in partnership with local authorities and creating energy awareness through its work with schools and local voluntary agencies.

SCARF has a number of areas of expertise, including:
