GOLEA - Goriška Local Energy Agency is a Local energy agency that is established in the framework of the Intelligent Energy Europe "Type 2" projects. The founder of the agency is the municipality of Nova Gorica. Additionally it offers services to the 13 municipalities of Goriska Statistic Region (GSR).
