SCARF, the Tayside EEAC, covers the following local authority areas - Dundee, Angus and Perth & Kinross and was formed to be a 'one stop shop' for free impartial advice and information for any householder wanting to save energy. It is one of two EEACs run by SCARF (Save Cash and Reduce Fuel), the other being in Aberdeen.

Areas of expertise include:

• Provision of impartial energy advice to householders.
• Working in partnership with local authorities to help them meet their HECA targets.
