REAP - Resource Efficiency in Architecture and Planning is focused on built environment related energy consumption and production issues. With a focus on applied research, demonstration and training, REAP seeks to make a real impact on local and European urban energy requirements.

Members of REAP are experienced in the following areas: Passive building design, low energy building design, low energy conversion of old and heritage buildings, building integrated renewable energy systems, energetic and economic analysis, building energy modelling, low energy urban planning, building material science, water management, empirical research, socioeconomic research, policy advice and development, project piloting and built environment energy technology development.

Target audiences are primarily practitioners in the built environment sector but also include: policy makers, SMEs, large utilites, local authorities and energy consumers.
