Overgas Inc AD's main objective is the implementation of the National Programme for Gasification of Bulgarian towns, which is strategic for Bulgaria. To achieve this, Overgas Inc. AD is fully committed to creating conditions for attraction of financial resources for the construction and operation of local gas distribution networks.
Out of 86 licenses (for gas distribution and gas supplies) nationwide, issued by the State Energy Regulatory Commission, the subsidiaries of Overgas Inc. AD hold 56 licenses for natural gas distribution and supplies in 43 Bulgarian municipalities.
OVERGAS Inc. AD's investment in Bulgaria's natural gas distribution already exceeds 92 million euro. The subsidiaries of OVERGAS operate a gas distribution network of over 1 555 km that reaches 240 000 households.
OVERGAS Inc. AD promotes the formation of positive business environment in Bulgaria by actively participating in legislative initiatives relevant to the energy sector.
