IEEP is an independent not for profit research institute based in both London and Brussels. It specialises in analysis and research that supports the development and implementation of Europe's environmental policy and any sectoral policies that have an impact on the environment. It also has detailed knowledge of EU and MS policy relating to all aspects of climate related energy policy, renewable energies and transport policy - especially transport and CO2. It has particular technical knowledge in the field of transport, bioenergy and industrial regulation.
Areas of expertise: policy analysis, effectiveness of policy implementation, strategic assessment of policy approaches and tools, bioenergy, transport, climate and energy dicotomy.
