The aims of the CHIC Central Hungarian Innovation Centre are to help the co-operation of the small and medium sized enterprises dealing with the use of renewable energy sources and energy efficiency technologies, their network forming, the application of the energy saving and energy efficiency increasing and renewable energy uses technologies, to spread the energy-saving and environment-conscious living style, to improve the market possibilities of the enterprises dealing with the use of the renewable energy sources, to enlarge the market, to promote the development of the national renewable energetic branch and as a result of the co-operation to form and implement joint projects.

Areas of expertise: bringing the involved entities of the renewable energy sector (enterprises, research places, universities, municipalities, governmental offices). Transfer of knowledge and technology between the fields of enterprises and research. Search of collaborators, formation of national and international co-operations, preparation and development of national and international projects. Organization and completion of professional days, conferences, workshops, exhibitions. Training, education, conscious forming connecting to the energy saving and use of renewable energy sources.

Target audience: SMEs, Energy agencies, Municipalities, Governmental institutions, Researchers, inventors, Universities, research institutions, Secondary schools, Individuals, inhabitants, NGOs.
