Network City Twente is a formula for effective management in the urban core area of Twente. The emphasis is placed on the content of co-operation and not on the administrative structure. Co-operation will be shaped in a project-based and result-oriented manner.
Co-operative partners include the municipalities of Almelo, Borne, Enschede and Hengelo. The province of Overijssel and the Twente Region participate as 'established partners'.
