ECBREC - EC Baltic Renewable Energy Centre, Gdansk, RES-OPET Poland is the regional bureau of a public research organisation ECBREC/IBMER. It mainly deals with local and regional RES projects (especially with local authorities) in northern Poland; at the same time it co-ordinates OPET and OPET-like activities relatic to the promotion of RES technologies in Poland.
