This event took place the day after the 4th ManagEnergy Annual Conference: Optimising local action to drive sustainable energy and transport in the Europe of Twenty-Five It provided first hand information about the results of the call for proposals 2003 and what lessons can be learned for submissions to the next call. It also informed about those key actions of the next call for proposals which are of particular relevance for the local level. Furthermore information was given on dissemination activities under the 6th Framework Programme ("thematic activities") which are part of the ongoing call for proposals (deadline 8 December 2004).
