Salone di rappresentanza of the Salerno Province, Salerno, Italy

The host of the meeting was the Province of Salerno. The workshop was organised by Directorate General for Energy and Transport of the European Commission (DG TREN), in collaboration with the Province of Salerno.

This meeting was aimed at SAVE agencies that have an ongoing contract with the European Commission.

The objective of the meeting was to inform agencies of the main technical, administrative and financial aspects related to their contract management. This event was tailor-made for newly created agencies and offered the necessary training for supporting their start-up phase.

The second day of the meeting (at the Lloyds’ Baia Hotel, Conference room, Vietri sul Mare) was open to all energy agencies as well as to other interested organisations. It focused on the presentation of the future Intelligent Energy - Europe (IEE) programme. Special emphasis was given to the key actions tailored for local actors.
