This workshop seeks to build and improve the capacities of the Covenant cities to allocate sufficient human capacities for developing and implementing local Sustainable Energy Action Plans leading to achievement of the Covenant goals, and to involve local stakeholders and citizens and make use of experiences of other signatories. A second objective is to find solutions for smooth implementation of the Covenant initiative within national and regional context in Slovakia.

A conference hosted by the Slovak HEAT PRODUCERS ASSOCIATION (SZVT) and the European Federation of INTELLIGENT ENERGY EFFICIENCY SERVICES (EFIEES). The aim of the conference is to initiate a professional discussion on energy efficiency – on legislation, financial instruments and obligations, involving the European Commission, the executive representatives of Slovakia as well as EFIEES and SZVT members.

The jubilee 10th edition of "ENEF" will mark the twentieth anniversary of the popular energy professionals event. It will address a range of topics, including: perspectives on energy sources - renewables, recovering energy from waste; biomass use in the energy sector; high-efficiency heat and power production; energy efficiency and RES success stories; energy audits and services in practice - potential savings; and, energy sources and equipment from an environmental point of view.
