The North Sea Programme is a Community Initiative which promotes transnational co-operation on spatial development. This website provides information about the programme and the approved projects, as well as offering facilities and information on participating in the programme. All the latest news regarding the North Sea Programme can be found on the news page of the website.

The Interreg IIIB has been approved by the European Commission on 13 December 2001. It is a continuation of Interreg IIC, promoting the transnational spatial development co-operation in the North Sea region for the period of 2000-2006.
