The Green Portal
The Green Portal connects and aligns people from various manufacturing, engineering, scientific, government, investment and public policy organizations in a secure web portal outside of their organization’s IT infrastructure as a way to enable inter-enterprise collaboration, relationship building, knowledge sharing, project management and group learning.
This collaborative platform and toolkit is modelled on Michael Porter's Cluster Network concepts to support decentralized, peer-to-peer process and project management, to advance the inter-enterprise and cross-sector collaboration that is required to start-up and manage sustainable business initiatives.

KommEN - Kommunale Energie NRW (Communal Energy in North Rhine-Westphalia)
KommEN was created on behalf of the Ministry of Economics and Small Businesses, Technology and Transport for North Rhine-Westphalia. KommEN provides comprehensive information on projects on the rational use of energy and the use of renewable energy sources which have been implemented by municipalities in the Land of North Rhine-Westphalia.

Intelligent Energy e-library
The aim of the e-library is to bring together in one place a range of tools and guidebooks on energy efficiency, renewable energy applications and sustainable mobility. It includes items funded under the Intelligent Energy-Europe (IEE) programme and a selection of instruments picked from over 2,500 EU funded projects (under Altener and Save, CIVITAS, Structural and regional funds, LIFE, RTD 2002-2006 and Phare). In addition, nationally and regionally funded tools and guidebooks have been included.
