In October 2005, the European Commission IEEA (Intelligent Energy - Europe Agency) launched
its database of IEE projects, covering SAVE,
ALTENER, STEER,
COOPENER and Horizontal Key
Actions. In addition, descriptions of all projects dealing specifically with
sustainable energy in buildings (start date of contracts January 2005) have
been compiled in a single document.
The projects include:
- Pilot actions to develop a functioning market for energy performance certificates (BUDI)
- Applying the EPBD to improve the Energy Performance Requirements to Existing buildings
(ENPER-EXIST)
- Improving energy Performance Assessment and Certification schemes by Tests (IMPACT)
- Securing The Take-off of Building Energy Certification : Improving Market Attractiveness through
