Communities in New Member States (NMS) and Candidate Countries (CC) are facing a large need for energy efficiency improvement and further use of renewable energy. The SEC-Tools project entails a systematic approach to meet this challenge in form of:

• Elaborating and refining generic tools for communities in NMS/CC
• Undertaking pilot actions in selected communities
• Targeted dissemination to communities and market actors in all NMS/CC

The SEC-Tools project is supported by the Intelligent Energy - Europe programme, coordinated by Energy Consulting Network, Denmark
